I could've also easily gone for Gong, Can, Magma, or Ash Ra Tempel

So many incredible bands on this list, my favorite is Can followed by Faust, Magma, Amon Duul II, and Gong.
Edit: Oh, and Egg of course. Edited by bytor2112 - February 16 2013 at 04:54 |

Gryphon and Greenslade are the only bands on there I regularly listen to, but Gryphon get my vote as Dave Lawson's vocals don't do it for me.

Frumpy is perhaps too little known to be voted for. I advise everyone to look them up on YouTube. Inga Rumpf is one of the greatest female singers ever, and the musicians are all excellent.

I love a lot of the Krautrock bands listed, but today I decided to give my vote to the Residents.

Gong. I also love Hawkwind.

I am currently digging:
Hawkwind, Rare Bird, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Khan, Iron Butterfly, and all things canterbury and hard-psych. I also love jazz! Please drop me a message with album suggestions. |

My two favorites are tie at the top (Gong and Magma) so my vote goes to Univers Zero (even though I've listened to Frumpy just yesterday)

Brainstorm and Dzyan are both in my top five bands of all time. I will go with Dzyan.
