were currently around 30 C, with a maximum around 33, winter this year was surprisingly warm, minimum around 5 C

Summer here gets to 100+ F (38 C)
Winter here gets to -15 F (-26 C)

It is currently 7°C in Melbourne. My room wouldn't be too much warmer 'cause I've got the window open a bit and the room closed from the heater.
