The Asia album is much better, but worse than their previous three.

I thought they were done by the same band?? Lame and disappointing on
both counts. Asia only had two decent albums IMHO, the first two. Yes on
the other hand has had incredible music over the years and now
apparently has fallen flat on their face. It wouldn't have been so bad if they had only had a few bad songs, but an entire album like this, it's just sad.

The new Yes album is their best ever! It completely eclipses Close To The Edge, Relayer, Fragile, and even Tormato!
(any better?)

Better than Tormato? Surely not. Don't you mean Big Generator?

I haven't heard the new Yes album yet. But as far as the new Asia album, I think it's a fine album. Not sure where it places in their last four albums since their reformation, but all four of those albums have been very good, dwarfed only by their very first album as far as quality. For aor with strong melodies and touches of prog, none do it better than Asia.
