Might be Monster Magnet's best album since the first three. Really feels like a lost heavy space rock gem from the early 1970s. Perfect record to get lost in with a homemade chai latte and some weirdo pulp sci-fi novel. Apparently they recently re-recorded it under the title Milking the Stars to be even more oldschool, re-arranging the songs to have no modern influence and recording it entirely with vintage instruments?
