Hi,

I'm waiting for the polka dot bikini song to show up in progrock, specially with videos with partially nekkid dolls making it look like the band is better than bubblegum!

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

Disagree. The song that ended up on Land of Grey and Pink was not the original intended version. The original was called "Group Girl" and was a very personal, introspective story about how Sinclair met his wife, got married, started a family, etc. There was also far less instrumentation in the original version.

The band eventually decided the lyrics were too personal and close to home, so it was subsequently re-recorded as 'Golf Girl' and the flute, piccolo and trombone parts were added at that point.

Also, there's no such thing as bubblegum prog. That is why we have Crossover Prog.
