gentletull I'll check out your site.

As for the other recommendations I'll certainly check those out asap.

I haven't been as excited as I am now since I first started listening to prog.

For starters check out

Living in the past
Roots to branches.
Heavy Horses
Stormwatch

Skip

Passion Play
Too old to rock n roll
Minstrel in the Gallery
Under Wraps

Trust a Jethro connoisseur

After you get those under your belt go for the rest.
I'd leave the 4 Skips for the last die-hard days.

Also the Jethro Tull DVD Living With The Past. is amazing.
The latest band plays music from Jethro's whole career.
Great sound and production too.

I'd say that Minstrel is one of their best - from that era I'd be more inclined to skip War Child, which is extremely patchy.

One of the great things about Tull is the way that every album has its supporters - I'm almost convinced to give A Passion Play one more try, although it's never really grabbed me before.

There are good songs on all JT albums even the patchy ones although they may not be the best
place to start if you're just discovering JT

My 2 least favorite Tull albums: Too old to rock n Roll  and Passion Play.

We don't all have the same taste, thanks god cuz' it would really be boring and we'd nad nothing to talk about because we'd agree on everything.

But I can say something we all know:         & nbsp; Jethro Tull
