Lately I've come to enjoy Genesis almost exclusively for their acoustic work (barring The Knife). When they tried to be too "serious" or bombastic I usually find their material to be either a little weak, or a tad awkward. But when Phillips or Hackett were gently doing their thing with the 12-strings? That's heaven!
