Get the 24-Bit Remastered versions if you can - not only do you get a bonus CD with all the B Sides (and being Marillion, the B-Sides are all great songs!), but the quality of the album is breathtaking too! And the choice between Script and Fuga

Well I bit the bullet and bought misplaced childhood and i must say that it was worth every penny. A great piece of prog music with some of the best on paper lyrics i have ever seen. Ill definetly buy some more Marillion.

I think it's a great album - the third installment of a magnificent 4-part concept. It's certainly the most popular, and more musically varied of Marillion's albums, with a more obvious 'feel' of a concept album, which is why it finds creedence wit

Although I agree that Mispalced Childhood has its high and low points, I will confirm that it is a very good cd. But, as Peter has so eloquently affirmed, that is just my opinion. And I am very opinionated, in my ioinion

It's fantastic...beginning to end...you have to listen to it as a whole and not worry about individual songs. And by no means to find this to be "poppy"

Indoubitably... Fish was the backbone of the band and couldn't be replaced. Just read some of his lyrics and you'll see what I mean. Few song writers can match his unique talent. Steve Hogarth had some pretty big shoes to fill, taking over for

Oh of course, I see what you mean and I entirely agree. I wasn't really looking for some kind of conclusive statement regarding the record, just wanted more of a feel for the public opinion on it, but you're right, its impossible for any one piece of mu
