Well... Another decade gone, and with it a whole new chapter of music. It was a brilliant decade and it produced some of the best albums ever made. I'm of the opinion that this decade was second only to the 70's.

Allow me to issue the obligatory warning, "These are only MY favorite albums of the decade and do not stand as universally the best albums... It's opinionated."

Is it Prog albums you're including or just albums in general?

Mainly because Sigur Rós and Arcade Fire would be right up there for me as albums of the decade

So? I don't think the word prog was mentioned in the opening post, and all the listmanias and such have been on the prog area as well, there's no limit on genres on those lists and I didn't see one here.
