Now I hate alcohol. Recently I was very poisoned by alcohol and I also had severe depression. I didn't know how to deal with it. On Canada Drugs I read that you need to exercise regularly, eat healthy food, listen to music, go to bed and wake up at the same time. Also there I read about sedatives. All these methods really helped me. Now I really have no desire to drink

Don't drink very often at all. English Sparkling wine with a nice meal out (remember those!!) and a very occasional Scotch and Canada Dry. Other than that, Mrs R made Damson Gin & Vodka from the fruit we picked from the garden in the autumn. The vodka wasn't great but the gin was lush!!!!

With that kind of alcohol content it would be an endeavour to drink 2 or 3 of those.

I don't drink much but when I do it's usually wine. Part of that is because I can no longer drink beer because of my gluten intolerance. I tend to prefer wines on the sweeter side such as moscato but really anything except super dry ones.

I bought a bottle of riesling over new years. It was a little dryer than I expected but good. Good sipping wine. The brand I bought was yellow tail though which is probably about 100 dollars cheaper than this one. ;)

^ The Carl Sittman is very reasonable about $10 here in the US......but I like Yellow Tail also.

I only drink cask conditioned beer, which is normally sold in pubs, which are all shut.
I live near York, which had the best range of beers in the UK - 314 different beers on tap on just one night. Lots of tiny microbreweries brewing ridiculously good beer.
Favourites - Roosters Yankee, Brass Castle Misfit, Tim Taylors Landlord, Brew York Viking DNA.
Favourite pubs: Mended Drum - Huby (nr York), Blue Bell - York.
A TVR is not a car. It's a way of life.
