What about Mike Ratledge from Soft Machine?
Also, Tony Banks and Jordan Rudess should be up there.
Plus, Jon Lord (if you class Deep Purple as Prog), and perhaps Neal Morse (if only for his work with Transatlantic & solo stuff).

To be really really honest i find Keith emerson a better Hammond organ player than Rick wakeman.
