I think this is becoming my favourite Scorpions album. Like I said earlier, it's the closest thing I've found to Judas Priest's 1976-1978 run which is one of the few true streaks of creative genius in rock/metal history. It's got the adventurous songwriting and psychedelic colourfulness of progressive rock but the speed, power and darkness of traditional heavy metal... the most important thing is that it's completely organic and natural how it expresses both of those traditions.

(something I miss gravely in most prog metal, I'm afraid!)
