The band Brave is included in a thread here in the unsigned band section of the forum.

They were also suggested in the Artists Under Evaluation thread in the Collaborator section, but it doesn't appear that there has been any follow up to this suggestion.  They are a female fronted prog metal band that was described as having similarities to Karnataka and Mostly Autumn.

They are posted in the other thread but for ease here are links to their MySpace page and their website.

Thank you to my buddy Fandango for bringing this good band to my attention.

Thank you for your time in giving this band consideration for Prog Archives and as always while evaluating them I hope at the very least that you enjoy your listen.

Scott

^^thanks, Scott...Clap

for what its worth, I personally think they would suite trad prog metal, although their material is quite varied, with a number of simpler tracks...

very good quality output though imo, for a self-releasing band...Approve
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

I'll take a listen and add them to our charts.

Thanks.

So true...well I've been taking a listen to their album Monuments and it's quite varied as you say and I think they would make a good addition to prog metal, but I still need to listen to it some more.Wink

Well after intense listening I've voted yes...and so on, which means this band has been approved.
