Read everything on http://narrowpass.wix.com/narrowpass? As far as I can tell guidelines tell nothing about the bands of origin. Though common sense tells me it's a helpful info.

Out of pure curiosity, do you actively look for errors in the database? I commend your attention to detail and it's nice cleaning up these errors, but at a point it seems to be almost redundant to fix every single solitary tiny detail that we may have missed in the database.
