I tried months ago to add my band 3RDegree to the guide on the site.  Can someone help me?

what guide, do you mean the "Archives"?

You can try to suggest your band for addition, either by sending a mail to the Band Submissions Team, either by opening a thread on the forum? (in the section "Suggest New Bands and Artists")

Here is a link to his previous post regarding the band 3rd Degree.  I will suggest that the Admins move this post to suggest new bands and we can go from there.
 
 
Here is a link to their website from that post.  I would suggest  possibly Heavy Prog or Crossover based on his description of Rush meets Soundgarden.  Any thoughts?

I can't in good conscience add 3rd Degree to HeavyProg...  Crossover might be interested but I wouldn't hold my breath
