I'm guessing some of these releases may have been delayed. There is no mention of BBT - A Summers Lease anywhere on their official suppliers Burning Shed store. It's only a compilation admittedly so not desperate!

The BBT compilation apparently is only being distributed through Japan and the Far East at this time.  There is a chance they will distribute to Europe and the UK in August.  At least that is what I can gather.  I will leave it in the list unless I can see anything different.

Cool, nice list to check through!

I would vouch for Glint by Soften the Glare (particularly as a bassist!) - that one has been in heavy rotation for me, great stuff!

That has been one on my "want to listen to" list.  One of these days I will get to it.

If you're already familiar with the band via Making Faces and wanna jump directly to the most unique sounding track on Glint, you could start with Cluck. Will not be an expected flavor ;)

Jumping the gun a bit, Glass Hammer has a new CD coming out in April 2020, "Dreaming City"

Greetings friends and fans of Glass Hammer,

If you read the quote above from our new album it should be obvious that there is more to Dreaming City than lyrics and music. It is a story! I have always felt that Glass Hammer albums should take you somewhere, somewhere inspiring!

One reviewer recently pointed out that Dreaming City should be heard in one sitting. We don’t always have an hour or more to dedicate to serious listening, but if you do – I have to agree with the reviewer. Dreaming City is something you should set time aside for. However, you enjoy it anyway you prefer!

^ As much as I like Glass Hammer they haven't managed anything particularly inspiring since the 'Jon Davison Trilogy' of If, Cor Cordium and Perilous . I will still probably pick it up as I have everything (pretty much) by them. However if you are starting with them then I would recommend Shadowlands or Lex Rex from the early 00's.

I agree....the only GH CD I own is "Perilous," which I really love!  Otherwise, I haven't heard much from them that floats my boat.  They caught lightening in a bottle with "Perilous" IMHO.

I am re-visiting my GH back catalogue over the holiday weekend. I've got though the first 4 that I own (Perelandra, Live and Revisited, Choronomotree and Lex Rex) and all very enjoyable. Heroes and Dragons is an absolute killer song as is Time Marches On. I intend to listen to Shadowlands and The Inconsolable Secret today , they are normally my favourites but listening to a whole bunch of albums by the same artist can change your perspective a bit so we'll see.

"At the Court of Alkinoos" should not be overlooked. Also the new album's covert art is great.
