To be fair, hating on Dream Theater and Steven Wilson is a popular take over here. As for the Pink Floyd one bombing, I assume it's a way of protesting against Roger Waters' political antics. I'm playing Devil's Advocate perhaps, but not all people can easily separate the creator from the creation.

Rating entire discographies 1 star is abuse, even trolling. The opposite (rating entire discographies 5 stars) is abuse, too.

I'm amazed he continues to listen to bands he dislikes.

I can guarantee he hasn't listened to every album sufficiently to give them a 1 rating. I'd be surprised if he's listened to more than 1/3 at all.

That argument doesn't entirely hold water (pun unintended) as he's also rated Gilmour era releases with a single star.

Yes I've lost respect for Roger now he seems to have morphed into a ranting old lunatic, but you cannot deny he was the architect of some of the greatest works in the Floydian canon, if not in the whole of prog history.

You can't prove that those onebombs weren't connected to Bruno's genuine anti-Pink Floyd sentiment.

I think the only "okay-ish" way to fix such lazy ratings and possible abuse is to make the rating-only votes carry even less weight compared to the reviews or add additional rating-only weight privileges to the people who have written X number of reviews on Progarchives. But of course that's not doable. :v

I would never give 1 star ratings to a band i dislike to their entire discography. It would just be mean-spirited.

I'm sure some people do such things as a joke. it is rating abuse, let's see what the admins will do.

I think the date of his last visit applies to a forum visit, not a rating. I've seen this before.
Anyway, this guy must be an excessive music lover if he has listened to almost a quarter of PA's entire album content and a minimum average subgenre rating of 4.77.

You can check out their page, they have posted all of the informations about the release dates. Only thing available now is the box set, while other formats of the book 1- digital, CD and vinyl will be released on Karisma in the fall. Cheers.
