I'll add it into the archives later tonight (since it hasn't been added yet) then add it to the list.

Damn, I assumed it was up already as it was a vinyl only release last July. I didn't pick it up until it came out digitally.

I added it to the list even though the vinyl was released in 2019, the CD and digital was released in 2020.  Technically, it's not a new release for February, but .... I couldn't resist considering the towel album cover and title is a send-up to Chicago, the band.

Uh....Yeah he had quite an influx of albums in February.  I checked out his bandcamp page and decided I'd go back when I had more time.

I didn't know Jonas Munk had a new album out, I'm a big fan of the guy. Thanks for letting me know.

I also liked the new Breidablik very much. It has a more organic feel than the previous efforts.

I added the new live album from Girón to his page, it was released last month so feel free to add to the list.

Overall, a great month for Prog Electronic... I won't bother with Phrozenlight though LOL

Haven't heard the new Munk album yet, but it's on the "want" list.

I just reviewed the new Breidablik and completely agree.  Excellent album deserving of 5 stars.

There are already several that need to be added to February's list, and I usually wait until I post the next new release report to update past lists, so it will get added eventually.  It just got to be too much of a hassle to update every day.  But it is already noted in my trusty notebook!

Updating Phrozenlight is almost a full time job.  Smile

^ It's his most guitar-based album yet, it's very textural. Check out Kanaan as well he plays on it, it's heavy-ish psych with a kind of jazzy approach.

Great review! Funny how I used the same adjective as you to describe it :)

Cool, thanks for your effort, especially with the PA links it's much easier to explore.

Well, there are a lot of PE artists like him that haven't been updated in years and nobody cares about it :P

I’m digging this thread, thank you so much for doing this TCat
I’m from Denmark and I didn’t know about a new Jonas Munk album either...and I am also a fan

Quite a few albums I am looking forward to but right this minute mostly just Die Wilde Jagd’s newest ‘Haut’, which I am ordering for my next batch. Their most recent Uhrwald Orange is one of my favourite newish discoveries.
I should probably also suggest them for PA one of these days as they most definitely belong somewhere in electronic/Kraut/psych.

Just knowing that people find it useful makes it all worth it.  On the selfish side, it's a good way for me to keep track of new releases LOL

About Phrozenlight: I think that "playing with some sounds" could have been the right title for the 98% of his albums LOL

There are many sources that I regularly check, they are not all in one place and not always right there where you can see them without digging around.  Also, I keep track of all of the new releases that other members post in this site.  Some of this information come from the bands themselves.

Before an album can be added, however, the artist has to already be in the database.
