THIS IS THE MOODY BLUES

Firstly I have only ever heard the vinyl version of this release. That's a big shame because the sound is terrible, weak and very quite. As a result there is a lot of noise that isn't on the original recordings. The tracks are a good trawl through the moody's catalogue but the quality of the pressing is just awful. Shame it spoils the set. Don't buy the vinyl really is not worth it. If there is a CD listen to it first prehaps the master is rubbish. The Moody's are an interesting group and there are plenty of great songs on their LP's but this record was a Turkey.
