2 stars Another compilation. This time it´s two discs, one studio and one live. I won´t go too much into details again, just an overview.

The first disc has various rarities. They are mostly songs that Ursiny wrote and sung as well (the pleassant acoustic pop of Kľúče, the straighforward rocker Muž bez záručného listu). Songs he wrote for other artists, some as duets (Vítám slunce ranní, Kdo chceš nechej, kdo ne vem), tracks he wrote but he plays only guitar on them or sings backing vocals (To písmo má tvoju tvár, Sto mien), or songs wrote by other artists tht Ursiny sang for various projects (the beautiful Tvár v zrkadle with a terrific vocal performance from Ursiny, the not that good Prázdne kúpaliská, Song o idúcom muničnom vagóne). Not all of these tracks are great, but they show Ursiny´s versatility as an artista nd performer

The live disc fetures four tracks by The Soulmen from The first czechoslovak beat festival which was held in 1967, and a full concert from Provisorium, a band which played just two concerts before splitting up. Among these, all tracks that would apper two years later on Ursiny´s first LP are present here, in rawer form, with onlya four men band. The ureleased tracks are much in the style of those from the future album, complicated and complects melodies and vocals, changes of rhytm, and a dark atmosphere( the only exception beeing the straightforward blurdy Careless girl). The sound quality is just fair, (I´ve heard many better sounding bootlegs), as this was just a private recording of the groups Bass player, Marcel Daniš. The bass is mostly inaudible and the vocals have slight echo to them). Still, there might be some people who like this more than the LP.

Again, although some tracks are great, I would recommend this to collectors/fans only.
