4 stars To me i feel this album feels more solid throughout compared to other primus albums, each song sits comfortable next to each other there's a deffinet sence of more of a straight hard rock feel with the brown album maybe with the addition of brain on the drums being a part of it.Les's preformance is as highstandard as all primus albums and Larry Lalondes guitar playing really stands out for me on this album perhaps adding to the rock factor. I do admit the mix subconsciously can make you feel less towards the album when compared to other albums fine sound, but when listening to each indivual song they could be strong enough to put up against any other of your favourite primus tracks. My only problem though a comfortable album in a whole to listen through, it doesnt have those handfull of songs springing out on you to make you feel the albums reached a peak as every song is as good as the next one is.My personal favourite songs Golden boy, over the falls, shake hands with beef, puddin time and kalamazoo.
