3 stars And then there were two. And these two (plus some friendly help) turned out a 2CD set of high-energy, straight-forward classic rock (check the epic classicist riff of No Evil and the sinister Americana blues of Devil Dog) and college rock tunes - relatively simple, but melodic. This is not one of the heaviest Motorpsycho releases. The sound is more grungy and fuzzy rather than heavy. And it's all melodic and catchy, but lacks the sophistication of other Motorpsycho efforts. Two disks of this music is clearly overstretching it.I can understand why they thought the alternative rock phase of their career exhausted and turned on subsequent albums full-on retro.
