In my honest opinion, the songs on this EP have the same sound that Porcupine Tree has been following since In Absentia. While there are arguably some differences between IA and FOABP, this is pretty much a condensed version of FOABP. Same kinds of riffs, same kinds of time signature changes, same everything.

Recommended for anyone who really likes the last three PT albums. If you didn't liked these, this EP isn't going to change your mind. Disappointing middle of the road effor, especially given all the recent hype over this.
