I was very excited at the time the album would be released, and very disappointed afterwards. The album is a perfect mix of ideas from Starless & Bible Black, Red and the eighties albums, but......both ideas and musicianship are much less. The freshness of earlier releases is totally gone. King Crimson sounds really like a dinosaur here.
