4 stars Very best, Indeed!

This one of the few compilations that actually has great songs through the whole disc, as well as one of the few best of compilations that is true to it's name. It has most of the songs from Crime of the Century, qualifying it a three to begin with, and the rest are great songs from the other less known albums that band has made. From School to Cannonball, these are Supertramp's best, and I don't really mind it out of chronological order, I suppose whoever decided the order of the tracks shuffled around the best tracks on each album as too make it more true to it's name rather than in blocks, or something of the sort. But I almost like it better a bit shuffled. I have been listening to this compilation almost all my life, and I never get tired of it no matter how progressive my taste in music ventures off to. A great set of songs to introduce anyone to Supertramp's most successful period, and a great compilation if you like the band only enough to want their best songs.
