4 stars The other great Neu! album toghter with thiere debut album this one sounds a bit difrent with 2 diffrent sides the first one being the soft and my favorite and the second the heavy side, also good. The soft side 1 have 3 very good songs, Isi opens the album and its a nice litle tune with good keyboards and nice beat, Seeland is one of my favorite songs on the album, very laid back soft and dreamy cosmic song a slow beat with amazing guitars. Leb' wohl is even softer and very minimalistic a very slow beat and some very soft singing. then side 2 kicks in with Hero and its hard rock / punk rock, another highlight of the album, screaming vocals and great riffs. The 10min long E-Musik is what drags this album downs for me from a 5 star and the best neu! album to a 4 star, this song simply dont do much, the beat is okay but its pretty much the same the whol 10min so it gets a bit repeative and even boring. After Eight ends the album in a nice way and its a mix of the other songs, in the same style as Los endos from Genesis Trick of the tail. In the end this on is the same level as Neu!'s debut if it wasent for E-music it whuld be the best neu! album. Still a solid 4 stars. A superb krautrock album that no doubt hade alot of influens on modern music.
