5 stars Simply wonderful. One of the most powerful hard rock albums of all times. Just 7 songs, but no weak tracks. I especially adore Child In Time, Flight Of The Rat and Living Wreck. I love the cover art too, and those funny liner notes on the inner gatefold sleeve ('Child In Time - the story of a loser ; it could be you'). Ritchie Blackmore is a god, Ian Gillan's voice is perfect, Jon Lord's keyboards are nice, as oger Glover's bass. And Ian Paice is a fantastic drummer, no need to argue. This is a masterpiece.
