PRESENCE

How many Rock band in times of difficulties have produced great Prog albums? Many. But how many have centered the goal? Few. This is what 'Presence' sent me. 'Achilles Last Stand' and 'Nobody's Fault But Mine' are certainly two excellent Prog songs. Maybe 'Presence' seems an easy rock album, almost AOR. But in my opinion 'Presence' is a great album in Prog field. Certainly Jimmy Page not played great guitar riffs but John Bonham and Robert Plant are perfect. The Bonham drums is a kill drums work and Plant use the voice in a great manner. Sure the production helped many but I think that also the music helped many. 'Presence', in fact, is poor for arrengements but the compositions need not only to read notes and play with their heart. And 'Presence' is this type of albums.
