4 stars There I was passing this secondhand shop back in the early 80's (81?) when I spotted this cassette (remember them!) with a cover that grabbed my I went and bought it for a whole £1.00, nothing to lose I thought if it was crap. Within weeks I had seeked the other available albums and was a fully certified Ange fan. The music is not disimilar to Genesis, it never gets too heavy although there are some nice guitar riffs (as there are on many of the earlier Ange albums) but the keyboards are aways at the forefront. I cant speak a word of French yet it has never bothered me that the lyrics are all in French as its as if the feeling put into the words tell the story. Side 2 is the strongest with Fils de Lumière being my favourite track overall. I still have the cassette to this day.
