5 stars This debut album from Karmakanic and Jonas Reingold really knocked my socks off. Because of all the flower kings members on this album, it's impossible not to compare these two bands. The music is lika a heavier and less jazzy version of The flower kings and the songwriting is top notch. I also love the singer Göran Edman wich is way better than Roine Stolt on vocals, it's a pity that Roine does sing on two songs. Roine is an excellent guitarrist but an average singer.

The heavier side of the flower kings, in this version as Karmakanic, suits the music perfectly. The album has a couple of my all time favourite songs of progressive rock and it's an album I always return to. The spirit remains the same is a good exemple of what I like. It's a modern approach to progressive rock, free from cloning of the 70s. Fantastic prog recommended to everyone.

I do not hesitate to give this five stars, as it's one of those albums I still listen to often after more than six years after I bought it. I hope that more people finds their way to this great album.
