2 stars I'm no more impressed with this than the other CD i've reviewed (Bard). The singer just bores me and it appears that the singing parts are ALL EXACTLY THE SAME, tempo tone - just BORING!!! Thus when you get to the instrumental break (where it gets better) you are already realising that you would have to always skip the monotony to get to the little bits of goodness that are within several of the tracks, The instrumental "Expecting Snow" isn't bad and the instrumental break at the end of 2Blow the House down" isn't bad - but it would have to be exceptional to get this CD above the 2.25 that the singing deserves. The last track ia almost good...but the singing again gets my goat - The guitar work isn't bad but it would have to be Stolte quality to get this offering above 3.5, no interesting keys work either !!! Crossover Prog?? Boring dirge more like, it needs ooomph very disappointing.
