5 stars I see this album has taken soooo many reviews that mine might just as well be a waste of time. But i will say something too. This is by far NH's greates work of theri ''many'' LOL. This music gets in to you and you don't feel like pushing pause or stop or lose your attention to something else. This album KEEPS you there for 53 minutes as it lasts. The music intense, jazzy at times, full of tempo and rhythmic changes. Some funny and peculiar melodies characteristic of Miller, you can hear them too on Hatfield & The North. Very similar with the Self titled Hatfield album yet this one is no concept one but of the same quality if not better. 5 stars for this MAGNIFISCENT album.Instrumental in it's 90% and where there are vocals it is superb! Maybe the best canterbury album in my opinion chosen between all the super-bands like Egg, Hatfield, Gilgamesh, Caravan, Soft Machine, Soft heap, Arzachel and so on. A MUST!
