STAND UP

Jethro Tull's "Stand up" is one of my top hundred progressive albuns of all the times, and certainly a mark in J T story !!! The new approach of guitarrist Martin Barré turns the J T music more heavy in the eletric moments and very lyrirc when make a acoustic duo with Anderson ! Stand Up is an albun without a weak moment, and full of fantastic and unforgettables passages, like the Martin's wah-wah solo in "We used to know", the Anderson's imnprovisation on "Bourée", the Glen Cornick's bass solo on the same track and the magistral Clive Bunker's drums in "Nothing is Easy" and "For a Thousand Mother's"!!! My rate is obviously 5 stars !!!
