5 stars Woah, hold that thought, Bowie is back, now this is the album i knew he could make again, Station to Station is the return of the 'Thin White Duke' and is a fantastic mish mash of funk, 'blue eyed soul'and of course that proggy arty side that the first few Bowie albums had that was so interesting about. It opens with style, the 10 minute title track STATION TO STATION is a great opener and is quite atmospheric, other standout tracks include the very Roxy Music sounding TVC15 and the ending ballad WILD OF THE WIND (a fan favourite to play live of that period) although all the tracks on this album are great and i think this album is one of the only Bowie albums that is a 5 star release;

Station to Station - 10/10 Golden Years - 9/10 Word on a Wing - 9/10 TVC 15 - 10/10 Stay - 9/10 Wild Is the Wind - 10/10

My Conclusion? A great Bowie album that really brings back what the man shoud be known for, making great expirimental music.
