SPIRALS IN HYPERSPACE

still once more the ozric tentacles are back with a vengeance and are showing that the can more than well keep up with the ever chaning musical scene. and in fact the long awaited spyral in hyperspace cd is the tangible proof of all this. i bought this cd when it came out (some over 2 years later than expected!) and i'm really pleased with it! the album is packed with synth and guitar solos( in songs like chewier) and special guests such steve hillage and miquette giraudi in the celestial akasha and ozrics former member now eat static member merv peple in the really amazing psychic chasm. the latter is the most tangible example of the ozric's always progrssive music style. infact on this one ed the band's leader blends the typical trademark sounds of the zrics with the progressive drum'n'bass beats and bassline of eat static a true futuristic song.
