4 stars This expansive boxed set covers King Crimson in the 2000s. You get The ReconstruKction of Light - a radically reworked version of The ConstruKction of Light which teases out the best of that material - plus the Happy With What you Have To Be Happy With and Level 5 EPs, the Power To Believe album, and a brace of live shows - both from King Crimson themselves and an absolutely massive backlog of performances from the ProjeKcts, the King Crimson subfactions who operated semi-independently of each other in the late 1990s as the band extensively workshopped their sound. In some respects this may be the least essential of these monster boxed sets from King Crimson, simply because this may be their least essential era, but in other respects it offers a wealth of material and casts the music they produced in the period covered in as good a light as it's possible to cast it.
