Subterranean

A 3 and an half star album.

I'm a bid disapointed by the last Eloy production (maybe because I expected too much from it since they didn't release a studio album with new material for years).

This album is rather good. More folk-oriented than the previous Eloy albums (especially when comparing with the space-rock of Planets, ok more than 15 years in between). It peaks with two excellent tracks "Age of Insanity" and "The Challenge" ... but aside these two track, this is an average album (noting bad but noting exceptional either).

Anyway, welcome back to Eloy with this album that die-hard fans likely expected sooner. You should get it, at least for the catchy "Age of Insanity".
