5 stars Just recently i have heard about Bunchakeze. And then I heard them... Jesus was that nice :) It's like going back in time (sort of...). All i can say that they really had to listen to all of what was best in prog rock and decided to put it all in one band. The result can sometimes be confusing but always positive. Here are some examples:

I know that a lot of people already said that but those guitars are soooo Gilmour like. It's just crazy, I always thought that no one could copy Gilmour, and i don't mean some cutsy little lick play, cause everyone can do that. I mean the "feeling" of Gilmour and that's what is happening here. Those guitars are seariously good. I had also pleasure to talk to the guy behind them. Colin is just amazing and the level of inteaction from his side is a nice change (for a famous person). He actually answers all of my E-mails opposing to some other people ( Waters, hope you reading this :) ) The way that Joey sings reminds me so much of Peter Gabriel at times. The way he prenounces words and tones that he chooses sometimes make me go "c'mon it's Gabriel" I'm not a singer so I can't really say anything about his singing apart form that it's very decided and alluring. That's right! Alluring, my girlfirend likes him and I'm having a hard time getting in peace with that. Anyway, since when do women like Prog rock? World is getting crazy these days. But then again, if you have a prog rock band that is liked by "za ladies" then you know it's good :) (more cheesy ballads guys!)

As you probably noticed by know I'm neither english nor a good reviewer so I'm gonna spare you time and sanety (Is that a word) and make it short...

I love the songs, there's something really good in this band and the fact that it all had been recorded like 30 years ago just gives it more spice. The thing I hate the most in music nowadays are people who take themselves way to seriously but Bunchakeze isn't that. With humor and exceptional music and self-distance they push forward. The whole project feels like a bunch of friends getting together and having fun after 30 years. I dig that and if you do too then go ahead, you won't be dissapointed.

\Peace Paul
