4 stars A Spanish band that dares to produce prog rock like the good old days with a 70s Hammond organ... with that melting prog intro "Opening Credits" from the start. Yes, but not only that... "Return to.", not the jazzy band, takes you to URIAH HEEP, a bit of DEEP PURPLE again for the old keyboard. "Spyglass" for a vintage sound that's good for the ears, you could hear JETHRO in it at one moment, a hint of ELP for the keyboard. Oh, the delicious organ looks like GENESIS, in short, the voice also reminds you of Joe JACKSON, and your brain starts boiling. In short, it's above all innovative. "Tangent" with its energetic pad that brings freshness and melancholy at the same time... it goes all the way to intimate jazzy rock, it's for writing... well, reminiscent of TANGENT, yes, it's easy. "Dramatis Personae" with that Gabrielesque flute that makes your hair stand on end... musical bliss. And this 20-minute piece is just for the embrace of happiness of diving into such a regressive and captivating piece. There's warmth, enthusiasm, there's that carefree attitude found in the famous UK album, in the more recent ECHOLYN. Well, actually, it's "Accolade"! There are hints of MINIMUM VITAL for a while, and the voice returns to JETHRO TULL, softer, in short, the break plunges you into the psychedelic PINK FLOYD era... The organs, moog, and other mellotrons heat up the rhythmic base and are part of the vintage terrain that I love... a little but not too much with this typical addict sound that should connect fans of the 70s and more recent fans of progressive rock in general!! The finale is worth it thanks to the addition of Xavier and Alejandro's guitars associated with Miquel's keyboards, who throws his notes everywhere and settles down using the crystalline piano, solemn for the end; a 20' that passes without realizing it. An album to listen to religiously.
