3 stars It is not a bad album, but warning - lead vocals are sung by Edwin Balogh. He's not a bad singer and he sings English without accent, but there is nothing special in his voice. The album sounds like Omega meets Bon Jovi, so I prefer Hungarian version (called "Trance And Dance") with distinctive voice of János Kóbor. I have no idea whether English lyrics correspond to original Hungarian texts. The song "Tower of Babel" is the English version of the hit "Babylon" from the album "Omega 13".

I can recommend "Transcendent" album to Omega fans only. If you unfamiliar with the band, better start with any of Omega classic albums, "Omega 2" - "Omega 9". Compilations like ''Titanium'', "Dream" or double live CD "Nepstadion 1999" are also good starting points.
