4 stars To make a little break in this DT madness, I'll review Benefit. This was my first JT album. It took me a while to get into, but I found it a great album after a few listens. While not being quite a prog essential like Aqualung or Thick as a brick, It is a great Tull effort. There are some harder rocking songs here like To cry you a song or Nothing to say, and it also has some nice calm folk ballads, such as With you there to help me(the best song off of the album , I think). While Stand Up was more of a blues sounding album, with the exception of Bouree, Benefit has beautiful fluite on every composition. A great JT album, su go buy it when you shop for Octavarium:)
