4 stars The missing ELP album.

This is Triumvirat's third album and their most commercially successful album too. Triumvirat was never as successful as ELP and Nice though. This despite of the undeniable similarities in both sound and music.

It is almost a waste of time to even start to describe the music here. It is so ELPish....... with one vital exception: The vocals. English is not the vocalist Helmut Köllen's strong side. What comes out through the microphone is English with a very heavy German accent. This accent and his vocals gives Triumvirat it's identity. The music is very much Keith Emerson and Carl Palmer though.

The quality throughout this album is great though. From the opening minutes to the end; this album is a joy to behold. Triumvirat deserves praise for being good magpies, let me put it this way when it comes to originality of their music. But this album is a good collection of goods. I recommend this album.
