FALLING INTO INFINITY

This "commercial" cd is sub-par Dream Theater- Next to Train of Thought, the Dream Theater album I listen to the least- Derek Sherinian, a highly talented keyboard player barely lifts a finger (except the last track) Song structure goes from heavy to soft, heavy to soft- creating a very mechanical sound when you listen to the entire album. (isnt listening to an entire album is what prog is all about?) Highlight on the album IMO is Peruvian Skies (sp?) The album before this (Change of Seasons) and after (Scenes from a memory) are far superior.
