4 stars To say the truth, this is my personal most favourite Jon Anderson solo album. Musically it is unique as all his works of 90-s, (but there's something common in them - Jon's songs are about nature, earth, man's place in this world.) Actually, I'm not a great fan of "world music", but maybe because it's a Jon Anderson record I love it to death. The album is perfect throutghout, all songs sound consistent and beautiful. By the way, Building Bridges is a second version of the song that Jon previously used in Deseo but on Toltec it sounds more sincere and in the right place. I would not call this album progressive, rather progressive world music, but nevertheless it's highly recommended for all who like Jon Anderson's singing.
