THE SPECTRE WITHIN

I am a huge fates Warning fan, but I have never really gotten this album, I mean it s ok, yet it just seems to lack a certain something. I would definitely recomend starting with "Paralells","A Pleasant Shade of Gray",or "No Exit" I think these albums are much stronger musically and of importance also is another vocalist Ray Alder who is in my opinion a more essential contributor than Jon Arch was. Also I enjoy the better production quality of these later albums. I do my no means hate this album, I just think theyve got better stuff out there...
