5 stars I really enjoy this album, and for several reasons. After the synth-heavy HOLD YOUR FIRE, Rush went back and thought things out a bit. PRESTO sees guitars coming back to the fore, with Lifeson sounding re-energized. I simply cannot find fault with any of the songs on this disc, except MAYBE "Anagram"...it sounds a bit too, well, clever-clever. But the music is catchier than the E-bola virus. "Available Light" is FANTASTIC; a towering monolith of emotion. As Geddy sings "I'll go with the wind, I'll stand in the light...", I get chills down my spine, the hair on my arms stands up on end, and I can't help but sing along in my most UN-Geddylike Geddy voice. On the whole, it's a flawless record, and so what if they decided to make the disc with Rupert Hine! His production skills are second to that of only Bob Rock, and that's it. To the people who are dissing this record: OH, PLEASE! Go back and listen to it again.
