3 stars Myros is equal with Oscar Giordanino , a famosus keybordist from Italy. Beggining his career with Zauber and then joyning Tale who relased a single album in 1994, Oscar decided to have a solo album under Myros name. Time waves is the album released in 2000 by Mellow records is a good example of how good keybordist is. Similar in places with Zauber, ELP or Wakeman, the album is full of symphonic arrangements, solos and all the things can do a keybordist with his instrument. Some passages are more elaborated then other, but as a whole the atymosphere is grerat. All the band is Oscar Giordanino, he done and compose all the music here, all is done on keyboards, that's why maybe to some listners the sound is kinda plastic, but by no means bad. Almost 20 pieces grace the album, with more then an hour of music, showes that Myros needed a much more respect then is seen today, almost no one heared about this project. A fairly good release, while is nothing grounbreaking, pleasent instrumental album where the keyboards is the main instrument. Nice cover art and inner booklet with little history of the musician. 3 stars easy, fans of ELP, Rick Wakeman, and even Zauber can take a listen worth it.
