"More Grains Of Sand" represents Swiss Proggers CLEPSYDRA's second release which contains some excellent Neo Prog sounds. CLEPSYDRA deliver soaring sythns (aka MARILLION, PENDRAGON...), great guitar work and the emotive vocals of Aluisio Maggini. PENDRAGON's Nick Barrett makes a guest appearance on the opening track (for those who are PENDRAGON completists). Songs are well written and performed with great gusto and emotion. A highly enjoyable album all the way through.
