5 stars I regard this as their 'Magnum Opus', their equivalent of 'Dark Side of the Moon'. I seem to remember reading a review at the time (around 1977) that said these guys make the Moody Blues look positively 'giddy' (in the sense of 'merry'). I would say this albums mood is overall, bleak. That said, there's some interesting electronics, great lyrics, good ballads (Some other time/Don't let it show/Day after Day), and the haunting 'The Voice' (you can't escape...).

More 'art rock'/pop than progressive, because of the ballads.

An excellent album, probably more a 4 than a 5, but what the heck, I'll give it 5.
