2 stars I guess I'll throw my review in here for this since no one has reviewed it yet. I'm not going to rate this as a single (since we all know the song "Seven Stones" and it is reviewed in Nursery Cryme.) "Happy the Man" is a less than mediocre song in my opinion. If you haven't heard it, it is a standard acoustic song by Genesis. The vocals aren't sung that good by Gabriel (which is very surprising.) The song is very boring and repeats the same pattern throughout the 2:47 that it lasts (which seems to be very long due to the songs simplicity.) In my opinion, "Happy the Man" is worse than any Gabriel era Genesis song that has been recorded (with the exception of maybe "More Fool Me.")
